Our Continuous Aeration systems have a computer designed tooth pattern developed to give an improved mixing action. The mixing head may be used as a homogenizer only, or used to include gas or air to form an aerated product. The mixer is designed to be compatible with CIP (clean in place) systems.
Other features include:
- Back pressure regulator.
- Air flow meter.
- Water jacketed all stainless steel mixing head to assist temperature control.
- Cabinet, framework and guards manufactured in stainless steel.
- Large stainless steel removable panels providing quick and easy access to drives etc.
- Low air pressure alarm.
- Mixer range designed to produce output from 50-3000 Kg/Hr.
All our equipment can be customised to client’s individual requirements through our in-house design facility.
