We offer a comprehensive range of Pressure Fed Depositing Manifolds capable of accurately depositing most bakery and confectionery products. 

 

Types of Manifolds 

Slider Valve Depositor 

The slider valve depositors suit numerous bakery and confectionery applications, such as spot deposits in sponge and medium density batter, creams, fondants, all types of marshmallows, jams and jellies. Two colour products such as mallow eggs and also two dissimilar products such as jam in mallow can be deposited.

The slider valve depositors are extremely light in weight making them ideal for pacing depositor systems. They are also readily adaptable for other manufacturers equipment. 

Slider valve Depositors can also be configured for the temperature control of Depositing products. 

Also used for intermittent deposits, this Manifold has a balancing valve for each lane. 

Flexivalve Sheeting Manifolds 

The Sheeting Manifolds are specifically designed for the depositing of a thin sheet of product, usually batter, onto a moving band either as a full sheet or split into strips by the fitting of lane spacers. The sheet thickness is easily adjusted and the manifold is fully adjustable for balancing product flow by a specially designed “Flexivalve” arrangement.

This manifold is suitable for most batters, jams and creams. The majority of Swiss roll type products are manufactured using this type of Manifold. 

Rotary Valve Depositor

Specifically designed for spot depositing of aerated batter, mallows, fondants and creams. The Rotary Valve Depositor provides a repeatable accurate deposit, weight and shape with a precise cut off. Each depositing nozzle has its own dedicated fine adjuster to ensure accurate balancing across the manifold. The Rotary Valve Depositor has been designed to provide accurate depositing, durable sealing and easy stripping and assembly without recourse to a full set of engineering tools.

As a standard feature all rotary valve depositors have dual heating/cooling ducts.

We offer specialist types of Depositing Manifolds with blow off for clean and accurate depositing.

Mallow Rope Depositor  

Included in our comprehensive range of Depositing Manifolds are specialist types of deposits which can include multiple colour and rope deposits.
